Welcome to EGA! We offer training programs designed to help the basketball player become better in many areas of athleticism, fundamentals and skill. Players will find the training to be helpful in becoming a better basketball player. These training programs cover the gamut from strength training,speed workouts, shooting, scoring & ball handling workshops and mental training!

Small groups (60 min)

Group of 4 participants will be formed based on skill level, grade, age and experience. The sessions will last for one hour intense drills and quality instructions. Cost $25 per person
